As we approach the TAIKAI Garden Beta launch (yes, there’s still time to sign up), we’re taking you behind the scenes of its development.
There isn’t a single element in the Garden that was developed without intention.
From its intricate stages of project development to the dynamic tokenomics system, the Garden is packed with carefully designed features. It’s a space purpose-built for innovators, and we couldn’t resist giving you a sneak peek of what’s in store.
There are the four core elements to the TAIKAI Garden coming to Beta 1 (public beta):
We encourage you to read the TAIKAI Garden Whitepaper in order to fully comprehend the Garden's dynamics and potential.
Let's take a closer look at how these will be incorporated into the platform and how users can interact with each one.
The Garden’s Homepage showcases all project and community updates.
As projects advance through the Project Lifecycle, receive community funding, or experience any major milestones, these updates are all displayed in the feed.
Users can follow projects or their creators to be the first to receive updates and keep track of their progress, participate in debates by leaving comments, and sort the project feed by the most relevant, newest, or most followed.
The Project Sandbox is where the community can explore all the projects within the ecosystem.
Users can click on each project to access its Project page and track its real-time progress.
Once accessed, the Project page displays detailed information about the project that includes:
Users can also see the team behind each project on the Project page. Each project team consists of a Project Owner and team members.
Besides providing an overall presentation of the project, its team, and its current development stage, the project page features an Updates section.
Here, team members can post comprehensive updates of the project with attachments, to share their progress with the community and receive support, feedback, and donations from the community.
Since the TAIKAI Garden is a platform for project acceleration driven by the community, these interactions are crucial for creating the collaborative environment the Garden aims to build.
Every builder in the Garden community has a profile page where users can view their profile details such as skills, projects they've been involved in, and recent activity.
Builders can be assigned the Project Owner role, which makes them the project and team managers. As Project Owners, they have the ability to manage their teams by adding or removing team members. There is no strict limit to the number of team members which means any project can join the Garden, regardless of the team size.
While only Project Owners can create projects, any team member can edit project details and update progress, which is displayed on the Project page, described before.
Mentorship is one of the competitive advantages of the Garden, and mentors will be one of the most important drivers of project development, supporting and guiding builders as they bring their ideas to life.
Each mentor will have a dedicated profile page, showcasing their skills, experience, and areas of expertise.
Any user can apply and join the Garden as a mentor. In the first stage of the Garden, the applications will be reviewed and accepted by the team to ensure a faster development of the Garden. In a later stage, applications will be reviewed and accepted by the community.
TAIKAI Garden’s uses TKAI as the utility token, and for that reason, every Garden member must connect their wallet to participate in the Garden.
Within the Garden, TKAI will have multiple utilities that will allow community members to interact with each other and with the projects developed in the Garden:
If you have a great idea you've been putting off developing due to a lack of resources, the Garden is here to help you bring it to life 🌱
